THE PRINCIPLE

HOW TO USE
- Start with clean skin, or apply a facial oil or serum.
- Use gentle upward strokes following the natural contours of the face.
- Work from the centre of the face outward, toward natural lymphatic drainage points.
- Finish by brushing lightly down the neck toward the collarbone.
Recommended: 1–2 minutes daily, 5–7 times per week.
